Marietta Wealth’s Cara Marinovich Featured in Local Therapy Animal Proclamation

The Cobb County Board of Commissioners recently recognized the proclamation of April 30, 2024, as National Therapy Animal Day. Marietta Wealth senior financial advisor Cara Marinovich was featured in the proclamation Cobb-based pet partner.

As a longtime equestrian, Cara volunteers with her family’s Miniature Therapy horses around Marietta. She and her mom take them to visit individuals at nursing homes, memory care facilities, schools, and churches. They bring a smile to everyone who meets the Miniature Therapy horses.

“Most people don’t know about therapy horses,” said Marinovich, “So this is a great way of bringing awareness and help spread the word for us to be able to go on more visits.”

Cara is also an active volunteer with BarkVille Dog Rescue and fosters dogs available for adoption.
