- Consult with plan sponsor on plan design and make recommendations to improve the plan.
- Participate in annual trustee committee meetings.
- Assist the plan trustee with benchmarking plan services and costs to comply with fiduciary duties.
Participant Support
- Conduct participant education and enrollment meetings.
- Apprise participants on plan investment options and rules.
- Respond to participant plan questions via phone or email.
