Steve Michael

Steve Michael has more than 35 years of experience in money management and financial planning. Prior to joining Marietta Wealth, he worked as a senior advisor for one of Atlanta’s largest independent financial advisory firms.

Mr. Michael serves as a primary advisor to wealth management clients. In addition, he is a member of Marietta Wealth’s investment committee.

He began his career with Merrill Lynch as a financial advisor and later served in key management roles at the brokerage firms of Jackson Securities and GMA Partners. His diverse responsibilities included investment advisement, trading, asset management and municipal bond underwriting.

Mr. Michael received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Denver and a Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University.

Mr. Michael enjoys travel and is a passionate fan of spectator sports in his hometown of Atlanta. Steve calls the City of Marietta home, where he can view the famous “Big Chicken” from his terrace.
